How to Customize Your Invoice on eBay Auctions

You can customize your invoice and provide information using Selling Manager on eBay. When you customize your invoice you can provide your website address that gives you a chance to promote your website to your buyers. You can even add your personal logo to your invoices or an eBay store logo if you are a store seller. The personalized message to your buyers can also be added to your invoice that helps you to give your buyers a personal touch.
Example of a personalized message can be including Merry Christmas to your invoice during Christmas time or adding a thank you note for buying your product. The telephone number of yourself and the buyer can be added to the shipping label. The email address of self and the buyer can also be added to the shipping label. You can even customize by changing the default size of the paper, either the International A4 size or the US letter size. And this can be done while you are formatting all printable formats.
When you go to the print page on eBay click on the link edit invoice template Make the necessary changes as discussed above, like, the personal messages and logos. Click on the preview button and when you are satisfied with the template customized by you click the save template button to save all the changes made.
